Meet Llewella

From a young age, Llewella felt drawn to the unseen layers of the human experience. As a quiet observer, she often wondered what made people who they were — what shaped their energy, their choices, and the way they moved through life. That curiosity eventually led her on a path of deep self-inquiry, where she explored the shifts she noticed in herself and others, and sought to understand the patterns beneath them.

Through years of personal growth and study, Llewella began exploring various healing modalities to support her own wellbeing. This eventually grew into a passion for helping others do the same. She believes in the mind’s powerful ability to influence our inner and outer world — and that with the right support, we can cultivate strength, clarity, and peace from within.

Her sessions incorporate frequency using a combination of Himalayan singing bowls (crystal, metal, and ceramic) and Young Living essential oils which have their own frequency to support our minds, bodies and souls. These tools are chosen for their ability to restore the body’s natural vibration and create a peaceful state of harmony. Many clients describe the experience as deeply calming, with some feeling specific frequencies gently moving through parts of their body — realigning what had been out of sync.

Llewella trained with Dorothy Coe at Echoes, where she honed her craft in a supportive, spiritually-aligned space. Today, she continues to hold gentle, nurturing sessions where people can simply be — allowing their energy to settle and reconnect.

At its heart, Serenity Hands & Vibes is about creating space. A space for reflection, stillness, and healing. A space where people can come home to themselves.
